Preparing for Your Visit
To get the most out of your first visit at Fullerton Smile Dentistry, please:
- Complete our new patient forms online before your appointment

- Prepare any questions you have about your oral health or treatment options
What to Expect
Your first appointment will last about 90 minutes and begin with digital X-rays to give us a clear view of your teeth, gums, and jawbone. This helps us identify any hidden issues that might not be visible during a regular exam. After the X-rays, you’ll receive a thorough exam and a professional cleaning or deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) from either Dr. Zhang or one of our skilled hygienists.
If you have an urgent dental concern, we often can provide same-day emergency treatment to address it quickly. Following your exam and cleaning, Dr. Zhang will review your oral health and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and long-term dental wellness.
